Yet another team. Lol,what can I say? Although it is an unorthodox ou team.

Cresselia (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Thunder Wave
- Moonlight
- Ice Beam
- Toxic
I started of with this pokemon. My first thought was to make a defensive core which can spread status and benefit hugely from sunlight, and most importantly cover each others weaknesses and thus I started with this defensive monster, thunder wave to give my sweeper a set up opportunity, moonlight for huge recovery, ice beam to nail dragons and toxic for bulky pokemon like hippowdon and bulky waters.

Miltank (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Heal Bell
- Milk Drink
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic
I then wanted a normal type pokemon seeing as cresselia can happily take the fighting type moves aimed at miltank, I also needed a cleric pokemon so I chose heal bell, milk drink is my recovery move seeing as defensive cores always needs some form of recovery, stealth rock is needed as, well, its stealth rocks and toxic is its form of damage, although I'm thinking of adding blissey in this spot.

Breloom (M) @ Toxic Orb
Trait: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Stun Spore
- Spore
- Synthesis
- Drain Punch
Now to found of the group I wanted a fighting type pokemon seeing as they resist dark type moves aimed at cresselia and after looking at possible fighting type pokemons he only two with 'decent recovery options was breloom or meinshao and I choose the former, with the additional grass typing he can come in on water type attacks, even more so under the sun, with stun spore and spore he can easily spread status, synthesis heals a huge amount of HP under the sun and drain punch is the attacking move of choice.

Ninetales (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Drought
EVs: 252 HP / 120 Def / 136 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Sunny Day
- Flamethrower
- Will-O-Wisp
- Roar
I chose the standard defensive ninetales as its the most effective way to make use of such a bad pokemon, not much to say really, will o wisp cripples physical attackers if it hits. Sunny day is grab momentum against the slower weather inducers, flamethrower is the STAB move of choice and roar is to phaze.

Donphan (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Rapid Spin
- Earthquake
- Ice Shard
- Seed Bomb
I have chosen semi defensive donphan as I needed something to pack a punch against terrakion and dragons. Rapid spin is needed for my sweeper and earthquake is the STAB move of choice, ice shard to kill dragons and other four times weak pokemon, and seed bomb is to decimate water type switch ins.

Volcarona (M) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Flame Body
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Quiver Dance
- Bug Buzz
- Fiery Dance
- Hidden Power [Ground]l

Lastly out sweeper, with the amount of status being thrown around at th beef fining of the match I should be able to get of one quiver dance, and after two and dragons has been taken out then that's pretty much it. Quiver dance is standard affair, bug buzz and fiery dance for STAB and the possible boost in special attack and HP ground to nab to KO on heatran.

I know its far from perfect but I wanted to test something out. Sorry about being rough but its late where I am and so I had to rush but please rate.

Hey. Nice sun team you have. However, it could use some serious improvement. Milktank sucks in OU. If you want a bulky normal type, try Chansey or Blissey. Chansey has better bulk with Eviolite, but Blissey has Leftovers recovery. You can play around with the EV's on these two pokes, just do not put any attacks other than seismic toss on them. Furthermore, you are misusing Breloom. Breloom is not meant to take hits, even resisted water attacks in sun. Change the set to a standard Technician set or a SubPunch one. Technician sets deal with Terrakion, a huge threat to your team, while SubPunch sets have great power and are excellent at wallbreaking. Do not use Drain Punch, look up some sets on the analysis page. But here is a set that would fit your team:

Breloom@Life Orb
Technician
Adamant, 252 attack, 252 speed, 4 hp

Mach Punch
Low SweeP/Swords Dance
Bullet Seed
Spore

This set revenges almost all attackers and can deal out some serious hurt with its STAB moves. However, it will be worn down quite quickly, so use it wisely, otherwise it will just become death fodder.

You also should change Seed Bomb on Donphan to Stealth Rock. STAB Earthquake is doing 150 damage to pokes, while super effective Seed Bomb is only doing ten damage more. It's not really decimating water pokes. Also, your team needs entry hazard support.

You also do not have any real sun abusers aside from Volcarona. Add in Venasour somewhere, but I am not sure where. A physical attacker outside of Donphan would probably also be appreciated.

Those are just some flaws I see right off the bat. Remember to add more meat to your descriptions and add pictures. Good Luck!

Another thing. If you want a bulky fighting poke, try Conkeldurr. It can run an effective Nulk Up set and Also has mach punch. Terrakion has Justified to nab an attack boost too. One more thing- add a steel type. Dragons completely rape your team right now.
