Oh, you're right, Light Screen should be used on the second activation of the substitution. Whoops! I'm fixing that right now.

Edit: Fixed! Also, Reuniclus has 44 EN because 76 - 32 (15 from Encore, 8 from Focus Blast, 9 from Light Screen) = 44.
