Sup dudes, getting into competitive battling again. Tested a couple teams and they were okay. This one has been my best yet. Still, haven't played the B/W meta that much so looking for improvements. The team is built around the Choice items, taking advantage of the power creep. Why set up when you can be in 4th gear from the start?
At a Glance:

Team Building:

Another good team I was using had a Specs Latios, Scarfed Mence and a Calm Mind Latias. Dragons are broken. So I just stuffed 3 into the team.

The more I battled the clearer it became that Mence was the MVP. So decided to build the team around him. While keeping my mantra that setting up is a waste of time. He is my sweeper. The team is built around clearing a path so that I can spam Outrage or Dragon Claw with him late game.

I added Latios back in because I also found out that NOTHING can tank a Draco Meteor from this guy.

I lied. Steel types wall even the mighty Latios. So I added 'zone to take care of them.

Scizor is the best Choice item user in the game. I needed priority, a pursuit user and another steel type to balance out two Dragons.

I chose Rotom-W next mostly because he was a Water type who could use a Choice item. Eh I also read in the smogon articles that it was a good partner for Scizor. Turns out he is amazing. Thanks to Trick.

Landorus is the filler. A pretty good pokemon but hasn't secured his place in the team. U-Turn is the only reason i'm using him over TTar.
The Team:

Latios @ Choice Specs
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP/ 252 SAtk/ 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Surf
-Trick
- Psyshock
Usually my lead. Draco Meteor is the only attack I ever use or need. Psychock is being tested currently over HP Fire. Mostly because I DO NOT want my speed at 349. The thought of it keeps me awake at night. I need to beat Scizor with prediction. Or Surf if it's raining. Otherwise its Draco all the time. Another strategy that works is spam UT/VS so I can spam Draco some more.

Salamence @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk/ 4 SAtk/ 252 Spd
Naïve Nature
- Fire Blast
- Earthquake
- Dragon Claw
- Outrage
Trait: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk/ 4 SAtk/ 252 Spd
Naïve Nature
- Fire Blast
- Earthquake
- Dragon Claw
- Outrage
The sweeper and the main point of the team. Moxie is dumb. I go in at +1 speed and proceed to boost my attack every time I attack. Dumb. Just dumb. The rest of the team weakens and scouts their team to get the steel types and any priority user out of the game. As you can see he is the only one weak to Stealth Rock. Everyone takes neutral damage at most. I don't want to waste time with entry hazards. Mine or theirs.

Magnezone @ Choice Specs
Trait: Magnet Pull
EVs: 172 HP/ 252 SAtk/ 84 Spd
Modest Nature
- Hidden Power FIRE
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Flash Cannon
He has one job. Kill all steels on the other team. Once that's done he is death fodder. I do like that he hits like a truck though. Having Volt Switch is a huge plus because I can keep moving and switching to Latios. It has good defenses so I can take on Outrage-locked Dragons. Even without anything SE, it's STAB moves are 2HKOs on most of them after a couple of UT/VS.

Scizor @ Choice Band
Trait: Technician
EVs: 236 HP/ 252 Atk/ 20 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- Superpower
- U-Turn
- Pursuit
This Scizor I have been using since DPP. Same EVs and everything. I like my special bulk thank you. I really don't want to out speed anything with Scizor. His main job is to deal with frail 110+ speed Pokemon anyway. Pursuit is nice to have in a team too.

Rotom-W @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP/ 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Hidden Power ICE
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Trick
I'm mostly using this guy because of his typing and ability. Nothing special so far other than Trick. Which let's me get creative with this guy. Not sure if I should use Specs over Scarf yet.

Landorus @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Sand Force
EVs: 252 Atk/ 4 SAtk/ 252 Spd
Naïve Nature
- Hidden Power ICE
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- U-Turn
My filler. Has been working thanks to his speed tier and unique immunities/resistances. Nothing spectacular yet. Other than sweeping Sandstorm teams I mean.
Final Words:
Rotom and Landorus fit the team nicely but they aren't Latios or Mence. You can use them as fodder and their job isn't secured yet. I haven't found anyone better though. As all I can do is attack, I need their UT/VS to keep my speed. Adding TTar has it's benefits but he so far has slowed down the team way too much. I'll test him and suggestions though.
Also this team relies a lot on skill and prediction and knowledge of the meta. The third one i'm lacking a little of atm. Even if i'm doing okay with it.
