You know you want to rate this team!

Gengar (M) @ Expert Belt
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 Atk/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Hasty nature (+Spd, -Def)
- Focus Punch
- Hypnosis
- Thunderbolt
- Shadow Ball

Works great as a starter. Focus Punch OHKOs Tyranitar and Weavile which often switch in as soon as I put their starter to sleep, it also 2HKOs Blissey and with all kinds of spikes up, it can OHKO it, or wound it so much that even TBolt will kill it. Also, I've been thinking about something physical or mixed, leaning towards physical side that can KO Skarmory, since he might give some trouble to my team.

Tyranitar (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 4 SAtk/252 Atk/252 Spd
Hasty nature (+Spd, -Def)
- Crunch
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam

Starts Sandstorm and often sweeps with DDance. Life Orb DDance Stone Edge can 2HKO Skarmory

Forretress (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP/128 Atk/128 Def
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Rapid Spin
- Gyro Ball
- Earthquake
- Toxic Spikes

Rapid spins and sets up my own spikes. I used Spikes in slot of Gyro Ball, but I've recently noticed that I rarely have time to set up spikes, and a 2nd attack hitting fliers is useful.

Cresselia (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/126 Def/132 SDef
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Psychic

Walls lots of stuff, absorbs sleep and other status for my team.

Gliscor (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 252 HP/200 Def/56 Spd
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Roost
- Ice Fang
- Stealth Rock

Sets up stealth rock and takes physical hits like a champ. Speed EVs to outspeed neutral base 70 pokemon such as breloom and metagross

I'm not really sure about my sixth pokemon. Currently, I'm using this Porygon2:

Porygon2 @ Leftovers
Ability: Trace
EVs: 240 HP / 164 Def / 12 SpA / 92 SpD
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Discharge
- Recover
- Magic Coat

I'm not sure about this guy... works well countering intimidaters, flash fire, water absorb etc pokemon. Also throws status back at the user and paralyzes stuff. I'm kind of leaning towards swapping it to something fast and still quite bulky...

Any suggestions are welcome, don't be shy to post them :) Well, maybe besides changing TTar, Forry or Gliscor for another pokemon...

Please add more description on each individual Pokemon.

Why not add Focus Blast over Focus Punch? An OHKO on Tyranitar and Weaviler are as equally realistic as Focus Punch, yet it requires no prediction and is viable for a beneficial nature in Speed whilst minimizing its useless Attack, instead of reducing its Defense. Besides, Blissey won't find it any easier switching in on Toxic Spikes, Spikes and/or Stealth Rock, so your Gengar will inflict a severe ammount of damage regardless.

Reconsider Tyranitar's nature and Stone Edge move, with a faster nature (Hasty) and more durable Ice Beam. This allows you to outspeed Starmie, Gengar, and Infernape after one Dragon Dance, for example, and also OHKO non-Yache Berry Garchomp and Gliscor (with Life Orb), whilst hitting the likes of Hippowdon and Donphan for a 2HKO. It's prefered as the regular Tyranitar sweeper, and therefore I recommend you opt for its presense over your initial Adamant varient.

For Cressilia I strongly suggest Sleep Talk over Grass Knot, as I personally find Grass knot inferior and uneffective towards common opposition; especially when you have Toxic Spikes support to deal with Tyranitar and Swampert. However, I also advise Ice Beam to replace Light Screen on her, as it is Cressilia's most efficient and simplistic route for OHKOing them Dragon-type threats, such as Garchomp and Salamence. That said, it gives Cressilia more coverage in general. Keep Psychic for Infernape, Gengar switch-in and general STAB.

Allow Gliscor to set-up Stealth Rock, and give Forretress Gyro Ball or Spikes over the undecided moveslot (which in this case was Stealth Rock).

I really love Focus Punch on Gengar, works really well on physically frail special walls. It's going to stay.

The change of nature and using ice beam over stone edge will probably help it, however, I have no way of dealing with skarmory now.

All other changes done.

Also, it would be really good if you could help me picking my starter and a 6th pokemon. These are doing fairly well for now, especially gengar, but I sure could use a phazer of some sort.

Care to give me an example? You have to realise one Focus Punch is all you will get if Blissey has Ice Beam / Thunderbolt or Flamethrower, though prediction can decide the outcome alternatively.

You must acknowledge that Forrtress is capable of spinning away any Spikes or Stealth Rock that Skarmory throws at you, so don't consider Skarmory too difficult to defeat strategically; for the record that means nulifying Skarmory's strategy completely, with the use of Rapid Spin.

You can always opt for Zapdos over Porygon 2. This replacement allows you to shuffle the opponent's team around with Roar, which is a beneficial addition when you consider you have Toxic Spikes and Stealth Rock support. Furthermore, you're more than capable of countering Garchomp with Gliscor, Cressilia, and Zapdos to attend to its presense; as too with Toxic Spikes wearing down Garchomp's HP. Additionally, Suicune will no longer be able to sweep through you entirely, when Thunderbolt and Roar deny Suicune of that objective. I recommend the standard Bold set that sees the most play these days: 252 HP / 220 Def / 36 Spd - Bold nature- 10 IVs in Attack and 30 IVs in Defense for Hidden Power [Ice] - Thunderbolt / Roar / Roost / Hidden Power [Ice] moveset.
