You're a real Pokemon trainer, which implies the pokemon world is real. You were born in one of the regions and have your own story following the game canon. Given that, tell us how you got your first pokemon.

I was born and raised in Fuchsia City (Kanto region). In the Southern part of this city, there is a beach that surrounds the sea. Someday while I was running there, I've seen an unconscious trainer lying on the beach, perhaps because the boat he was traveling was shipwrecked. I removed the person from the water and called the ambulance. This person was a traveler from another region, and despite we didn't speak the same language, he offered me a pokemon egg as an acknowledgment for potentially saved his life. I didn't know much about eggs at that time, but after some weeks the pokemon inside emerged and revealed itself to be a Tyrunt :Tyrunt:. All these events inspired me to become a traveler too and get to know all pokemon in the world. That's how I've received my first pokemon. Now it's your turn, I hope you have fun!
 
Ya see, a few years back on a routine dig for dinosaur fossils, a landslide broke out and nearly broke my leg in two. They had to operate quickly, so they used the dinosaur bone I found to save my leg. Ever since, I've had what they call dino DNA. The doctor says it makes me stronger than the average joe.
 
I got lost the in the forest on a stormy night.... my parents were out looking for me, i was scared, hungry and cold. while i was walking and searching for cover i tripped over a rock and hit my head, i went unconscious for a good while.... i heard rustles and and strange sounds "cater, cater" i tried to open my eyes but a painful sting started to come from my head. i saw a little caterpy glaring at me. (long story short we became friends happily ever after, i got bored mid story mb)

I was working as a male escort. Usually I was to take older women out to dinner and have good conversations with them, make them feel less lonely type deal. Occasionally I'd even get to go to a wedding. Well one day I was hired by an old rich women. She was beyond rich and she'd divorced her husband a few years prior. I had no clue what she did for a living. Dinner goes swell and we have a decent time. Usually I don't go back to people's houses but she convinced me to take a swim in her hot tub with her. So naturally I head to her place with her in her Bentley and we get together and have a few drinks in her hot tub.

Soon after intaking 3 glasses of wine im feeling a bit buzzed and I need to go take a leak so I head inside with her still in the pool. Against my better judgment I decide to snoop around after taking a piss and I notice that in her basement I heard cries. Well I walked down there and realized where she got her money from. She was engaged in the illegal export of Exotic and non exotic pokemon. I had a mini panic attack as I realized she would be wondering why I took so long. I went back out to her and played it cool. A few minutes later I mention I have a very weak bladder and go back in. i manage to open one of the cages and inside that cage was a psyduck.

After taking the psyduck out of there I grabbed my things and fled the property. I called the authorities shortly after. They ended up throwing her in prison but she was able afford to not be there long. I haven't seen her since and as far as I know all the pokemon were relocated to the Kanto region in the Safari Zone.
