Zamazenta-C is a bulky offensive Pokemon that benefits from its good offensive and defensive typing and utility. It has a great balance of bulk and offensive presence with Dauntless Shield-boosted Body Press allowing it to effectively pressure key metagame threats such as Incineroar, Ogerpon-C, and Terapagos. Heavy Slam is used to OHKO Flutter Mane and Whimsicott. Wide Guard's utility enables Zamazenta-C to handle both Calyrex formes, Kyogre, and Groudon by protecting its side from Astral Barrage, Glacial Lance, Origin Pulse, and Precipice Blades, respectively. This support allows its teammates to safely attack these threats. The 164 Speed EVs allow Zamazenta-C to outspeed maximum Speed Landorus and Chi-Yu. Its bulk investment not only boosts Body Press, enabling it to almost always OHKO Incineroar and 2HKO opposing Zamazenta-C, but it also almost always ensures it survives a +1 Tera Fire Ivy Cudgel from Ogerpon-H and two Sacred Swords from Chien-Pao. On the special side, it is guaranteed to withstand a Sandsear Storm from Life Orb Landorus. Tera Dragon gives Zamazenta-C resistances to Fire- and Water-type moves, helping into threats like Chi-Yu, Urshifu-R, and Ogerpon-H. Additionally, removing its Ground and Fighting weakness helps it withstand attacks from Landorus, Groudon, Zamazenta-C, and Iron Hands.

Zamazenta-C's more passive playstyle makes it struggle against bulky disruption Pokemon like Amoonguss, which can put it sleep with Spore or redirect its attacks with Rage Powder, and Incineroar, which often uses Tera Ghost and Will-O-Wisp to hinder its effectiveness. For the same reason, Zamazenta-C can also get outpaced offensively by hard-hitting threats like Calyrex-S, which can freely set up with Nasty Plot and sweep, and Miraidon. Landorus is another huge threat to Zamazenta-C because it threatens to OHKO it with Earth Power. Chien-Pao is Zamazenta-C's most common partner, as Sword of Ruin enhances Body Press's damage output. Additionally, Chien-Pao helps cover Zamazenta-C's weaknesses by handling threats such as Landorus, Amoonguss, Miraidon, and Calyrex-S. Speed Booster Energy Flutter Mane is another strong partner, providing speed control with Icy Wind and Thunder Wave to help Zamazenta-C outspeed Pokemon like Chien Pao and common Choice Scarf users such as Landorus and Chi-Yu. Additionally, it pressures Calyrex-S with Shadow Ball and threatens Miraidon and Urshifu with Moonblast while helping with the aforementioned Amoonguss and Incineroar problem with Taunt. Rillaboom offers valuable utility with Fake Out and helps against Miraidon by changing the Terrain, weakening Miraidon's attacks. Amoonguss also synergizes well with Zamazenta-C, as it slows the pace of the game with Spore, while Zamazenta-C can protect it from Calyrex-I's Glacial Lance, which can be crucial in that matchup. Lastly, Choice Scarf Chi-Yu provides immediate offensive pressure, threatening both Calyrex formes, Amoonguss, and opposing Zamazenta-C. In return, Zamazenta-C helps cover some of the Pokemon that resist Chi-Yu's attacks like Incineroar and Roaring Moon.

This support allows its teammates to safely attack these threats. The 164 Speed EVs allow Zamazenta-C to outspeed max Speed Landorus and non-Choice Scarf Chi-Yu. Its defensive investment not only boosts Body Press, enabling it to KO most Incineroar and 2HKO opposing Zamazenta-C, but also ensures it survives a +1 Tera Fire Ivy Cudgel from 76+ Atk Ogerpon-H and two Sacred Swords from Jolly Chien-Pao. (+Speed natures and no items are assumed unless clarified, GP doesn't like the yellow. Chien-Pao has a very slight chance to 2hko so Id suggest either saying almost always survives ___ for Ogerpon and Chien-Pao, or moving 8 Defense to HP, but this slightly butchers the Incineroar calc as you only ko 156+ 93% of the time. Let me know if you need more help to decide here.) On the special side, it is guaranteed to withstand a Sandsear Storm from Timid Life Orb Landorus. The set runs Tera Dragon to gain resistances to Fire and Water-type moves, reducing threats from Chi-Yu and Urshifu-R, as well as a Fighting-type resistance to better handle opposing Zamazenta-C, Urshifu, and Iron Hands. Additionally, removing its Ground- and Fighting-type weakness helps it withstand attacks from Landorus and Groudon. (Move the Fighting-types here, probably keep it to 3 Pokemon but 4 is acceptable.)

Implemented, as for the comment about max speed Zama, I think just going to the Lando-I benchmark is fine, while you could argue that its optimal in the mirror (for one, that ties into speed creeping, which I can't mention) and for outspeeding Ogerpon (Hearthflame is the only one that really threatens Zama teams, which doesn't normally run max speed, so it's just Cornerstone tbf) the HP invest does make a meaningful difference in defensive calcs.

Edit: I might have misinterpreted that, but I still will leave it as is for now
