[SET COMMENTS]

Zamazenta - H equipped with Iron Defense becomes a formidable defensive counter measure to a lot of Physical Attackers in the tier, while a STAB Body Press along with a naturally high defense stat makes the Pokemon a great win condition as well. As previously mentioned, a more defensive EV spread allows Zamazenta to be able to check switch into and check quite a few threats, such as Kingambit, Samurott-H, Ogerpon-W (it survives a few hits without swords dance so idk if its worth a mention but its faster and forces it out), etc, although not extremely reliably, as it lacks any reliable recovery. However it being considerably faster than most of the threats it can switch into, it forces them out with the threat of a Body Press, also giving it a chance to set up an Iron Defense. Crunch is essential to be able to threaten ghost types like Gholdengo or Dragapult that would otherwise feel extremely comfortable switching into this set. The last moveslot allows for a little flexibility, Roar gives great utility as Zamazentas bulk allows it to survive an attack or two from Pokemon that can set up on it while it struggles to KO them reliably, like Dragonite, or Iron Moth allowing it to phase out such attackers and preventing a possible sweep. Rest in conjunction with Chesto Berry offers Zamazenta a one time recovery option that can offer to be quite useful especially if a team over relies on Zamazenta defensively. Stone Edge is a great tool to deal with flying types like Zapdos and Moltres which although cannot reliably stand tall against a fully set up Zamazenta, do still threaten to punish a +5 Body Press with their contact based abilities, it is also simply more reliable than setting up that much before being able to threaten those pokemon. Heavy Slam is also a great alternative as it offers a great high base power super effective move against Pokemon like Hatterene, Weezing-G and Clefable who would otherwise take negligible damage from Body Press. The IV spread allows Zamazenta to reach a speed tier capable of outspeeding important benchmarks like Darkrai and a Dragonite after one Dragon Dance. Tera Fire is the most commonly used option on Zamazenta as it prevents any Burns, which otherwise cripple zamazenta and also makes Zamazenta resistant to the Fairy type, making it more effective in the face of threats like Iron Valiant. Tera Dark offers a STAB Crunch which is extremely useful against checks like Pecharunt and Gholdengo, allowing it to more effectively threaten them while also offering a psychic immunity. Tera Steel also offers a similar defensive utility to Tera Fire as it grants it immunity from Toxic and makes it resistant to Psychic and Fairy moves, although coming at the cost of a fighting weakness which can be dangerous against the previously mentioned Iron Valiant. Tera Steel is also greatly beneficial when used in tandem with Heavy Slam.

Paragraph 2

Zamzenta-H offers any team a great physical wall however, even with its impressive defenses it falls short to any kind of special attacker, as such it immensely appreciates the presence of specially defensive pokemon who can offer it respite from Pokemon like Dragapult or Deoxys-Sped, Scarf Enamorous or Iron Valiant. As such it enjoys the presence of pokemon like Ting Lu and Slowking-Galar both of which also benefit from the defensive presence of Zamazenta, Especially Slowking-Galar which really appreciates the Dark type resistance. Zamazenta also enjoys Slowkings slow pivot and possible Future Sight support. Another slow pivot Alomomola, also pairs great with Zamazenta especially given it defensively benefits Zamazenta with Wish recovery. Being vulnerable to Psychic and Fairies, Zamazenta also appreciates the presence of steel types like Gholdengo which offers a switch in to the previously mentioned Deoxi? and scarfed revenge killers like Iron Crown and booster energy Iron Valiant. Gholdengo also greatly appreciates Zamazentas pressure on some of its common dark type checks like Kingambit and Weavile. Zamazenta also benefits from more offensive pairings like with fellow physical attackers like Kingambit, Scizor and Weavile all of which share common checks like Corviknight, Moltres and Zapdos with Zamazenta and thus can offer early game pressure on these Pokemon and set up a win condition for it. In general, Zamazenta fits on a myriad of teams that appreciate it as a physically defensive wall, which can also double as a win condition, however having apt defensive counterplay to its main specially offensive checks and reliable hazard removal is extremely necessary.

However it being considerably faster than most of the threats it can switch into, it forces them out with the threat of a Body Press, also giving it a chance to set up an Iron Defense. Lot of fluff, please incorporate some of this in the first sentence, notably the examples and the point about the Speed Crunch is essential to be able to threaten ghost types like Gholdengo or Dragapult that would otherwise feel extremely comfortable switching into this set. Reword to include Galarian Slowking The last moveslot allows for a little flexibility, Roar gives great utility as Zamazentas bulk allows it to survive an attack or two from Pokemon that can set up on it while it struggles to KO them reliably, like Dragonite, or Iron Moth allowing it to phase out such attackers and preventing a possible sweep. More detail over fluff would be good. That is, burn Booster Energy from Pokemon like Iron Moth, and prevent setup sweepers like Dragonite Rest in conjunction with Chesto Berry offers Zamazenta a one time recovery option that can offer to be quite useful especially if a team over relies on Zamazenta defensively. Substitute mention here. Heavy Slam is also a great alternative as it offers a great high base power super effective move against Pokemon Fairy-types like Hatterene, Weezing-G and Clefable who would otherwise take negligible damage from Body Press. Matching order since its only a mention The IV EV spread allows Zamazenta to reach a speed tier capable of outspeeding important benchmarks like Darkrai and a Adamant Dragonite after one Dragon Dance. Use this space to mention alternative EV spreads. For example max Def and max Speed, particularly on Roar variants, that let you at wore speedtie opposing Zamazenta, or 124 Atk EVs that let you 2HKO offensive Gholdengo Tera Fire is the most commonly used option on Zamazenta prefered might be a better way to describe it as it prevents any Burns, which otherwise cripple zamazenta and also makes Zamazenta resistant to the Fairy type, making it more effective in the face of threats like Iron Valiant. Tera Dark offers a STAB Crunch which is extremely useful against checks like Pecharunt Galarian Slowking Pecharunt is going to beat Zama regardless and Gholdengo, allowing it to more effectively threaten them while also offering a psychic immunity. Mention examples, like Galarian Slowking's Future Sight, and mention how you keep your resistance to Kingambit's Sucker Punch Tera Steel also offers a similar defensive utility to Tera Fire as it grants it immunity from Toxic and makes it resistant to Psychic and Fairy moves, although coming at the cost of a fighting weakness which can be dangerous against the previously mentioned Iron Valiant. Tera Steel is also greatly beneficial when used in tandem with Heavy Slam. Any notable calcs?

Paragraph 2

Zamzenta-H offers any team a great physical wall however, even with its impressive defenses it falls short to any kind of special attacker, Rewording this would be good, as Zamazenta is tanky and doesnt just insta drop. It tanks one Iron Valiant Moonblast for example as such it immensely appreciates the presence of specially defensive pokemon who can offer it respite from Pokemon like Dragapult or Deoxys-Sped, Scarf Enamorous or Iron Valiant. On what kind of teams does this set find itself in? As such it enjoys the presence of pokemon like Ting Lu and Slowking-Galar both of which also benefit from the defensive presence of Zamazenta, Especially Slowking-Galar which really appreciates the Dark type resistance. What attacks / Pokemon do they handle. Its not as straightforward cause you mention 2 Fairy-types and then Ting-Lu as a check Zamazenta also enjoys Slowkings slow pivot and possible Future Sight support. Elaborate; you can for example mention how Future Sight pressure would be switch-ins like Galarian Weezing and Pecharunt Another slow pivot Alomomola, also pairs great with Zamazenta especially given it defensively benefits Zamazenta with Wish recovery. Anything other than Wish? Being vulnerable to Psychic and Fairies, Zamazenta also appreciates the presence of steel types like Gholdengo which offers a switch in to the previously mentioned Deoxi? and scarfed revenge killers like Iron Crown and booster energy Iron Valiant. Gholdengo is a fine shout but the way is presented is not the best since you dont switch into Deoxys-S; just mentioning how it can help against Enamorus and Iron Valiant would be good. Scarf Crown is very rare and not a dex set. its not clear how Iron Valiant helps against these Pokemon Gholdengo also greatly appreciates Zamazentas pressure on some of its common dark type checks like Kingambit and Weavile. Zamazenta also benefits from more offensive pairings like with fellow physical attackers like Dragonite, Kingambit, Scizor and Weavile all of which share common checks like Corviknight, Moltres and Zapdos with Zamazenta and thus can offer early game pressure on these Pokemon and set up a win condition for it. In general, Zamazenta fits on a myriad of teams that appreciate it as a physically defensive wall, which can also double as a win condition, however having apt defensive counterplay to its main specially offensive checks and reliable hazard removal is extremely necessary. No need for a conclusion, instead rework this so you can have some of it at the start of the paragraph

- More emphasis on Galarian Slowking, Pecharunt, and even Sinistcha; all of these are threatened by Gholdengo and the Dark-types that you mentioned above. Gholdengo can also aid against Galarian Weezing
- Ogerpon-W is a big partner missing that checks Dondozo, Moltres, and Landorus-T, and help overwhelm shared checks like Pecharunt, Zapdos, and Dragapult.
