Overview: Meowscarada, Slowking Galarian, Gliscor, Okidogi, Ogerpon, and Zapdos.
Zapdos Control: The Hazard Stack Team
Meowscarada @ Muscle Band / 252 atk / 252 spe / 4 hp Nature: Jolly / Tera: Ghost / Protean
Flower Trick
U-Turn
Triple Axel
Knock Off
Meow is here for pivoting, knocking off boots, revenge killing and breaking through after hazards have been set. It appreciates thunder wave spreading by Zapdos and in return can help play scout. Tera Ghost is chosen for keeping Hazards up as it grants Meow ways to come in play as a spin blocker
Ogerpon Wellspring @ Wellspring Mask / 252 atk / 252 spe / 4 hp : Nature: Jolly / Tera Type: Water / Water Absorb
Ivy Cudgel
Horn Leech
Knock Off
Sword Dance
Ogerpon is immune to water has excellent spd along with mask and appreciates T wave spreading more than anyone on this team. It's 110 speed is slow compared to most set up sweepers but once SD is reached almost nothing walls this set.
Gliscor @ Toxic Orb / 252 Hp / 252 Def / 4 spe : Nature: Impish / Terra Type: Water / Toxic Heal
Earthquake
Spikes
Stealth Rock
Knock Off / U-Turn
Gliscor spreads hazards and physically walls most physical set up sweepers. His immunity to spikes and ground/electric moves makes him an easy check for both. It's immunity to toxic makes it the most resilient mon in OU. Gliscor is here to chip damage, Knock Off items. And toxic stall anything it can to generate advantage for this team.
Slowking Galarian @ Leftovers / 192 hp / 204 def / 112 Sp d : Nature: Calm / Tera Type: Fairy / Regenerator
Eerie Spell
Toxic Spikes / Toxic
Chilly Reception
Flamethrower
Galar's job is simple: Sp d wall-- that allows boost to it's health when complimented with pivot mates. It spreads toxic. It helps keep spikes off my side and aids glicor in checking other Toxic setters.
Okidogi @ Leftovers 252 hp 252 atk 4 spd : Nature: Adamant / Tera type : Fairy / Toxic Chain
Drain Punch
Bulk Up
Poison Jab
Psychic Fangs
Okidogi is great at setting up on physical unboosted attackers and wall breaking. It aids in spreading status and sports recovery through Drain Punch. This thing forces switches and has just enough sp d to complete the sweep. Tera Fairy seems to be the most beneficial.
Zapdos @ Heavy Duty Boots / 240 def / 12 spe / 68 spa / 188 spd : Nature: Calm / Tera Type : Steel / Static
Thunder Wave
Volt Switch
Hurricane
Roost
Zapdos is excellent at switching in to things and forcing paralysis which helps stack up hazards. It's hurricane and volt switch hit hard. This set allows it to play as a mixed wall and roost user while allowing pivot to get in and out. This usually helps Ogrepon find it's way in to win the game and sweep after the problem has been put under T - wave.
Threat List: Stored Power sets (Clefable, Latias, Latios) Dragonite Roost DD set, +1 Nasty Plot Gholdengo, Kyurem Darkarai, Choice Specs Dragapult, Body Press Zamazenta, Sticky Webs are annoying as well. Not much walls this team and anything that may wall this team such as Dragonite is obviously an issue. Booster energy and weather teams seem to be very manageable so far. I have not done a team with Zapdos since Gen 8 soooo... There is no proof of peak but team has been tested.
