-Choice Scarf
-Defiant

Moves:
Drill Peck
Brick Break
Bulk Up
Subsitute

Nature: Jolly

EVs:
-252 ATK
-4 SPD
-252 SPE

IVs:
31 All
-----------------------------------------

Idk if this is decent
If this is actually put on Zapdos' Movesets, It should be name Subsitute sweeper or something, You can make changes to it if u want
