SS OU Zeraora balance

This entire team is suposed to focus around zeraora, I'm aprreciating specially tips on teambuding overall, since its the thing I'm lacking the most.


Scizor @ Lum Berry
Ability: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- Knock Off
- Swords Dance
- Roost

Scizor is suposed to set up on deffensive mons, and be a wall/stall breaker, it has lum berry so it can recover from scald's burn, roost for longevity, and knock off to get rid of annoying items



Toxapex @ Black Sludge
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Toxic Spikes
- Toxic
- Scald
- Recover

Tox is here to set hazards, take advantage of zeraora's volt absorb, tank special hits, and criple things with toxic, I decided to pair him up with mandibuzz since their only shared weakness is nulfied by zera


Mandibuzz (F) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Impish Nature
- Roost
- Defog
- U-turn
- Foul Play

Mand is here to deal with physical mons and hitting them hard with foul play, gain momentum with u-turn, get rid of hazards, and to be my ground imuni
ty

Zeraora @ Expert Belt
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Plasma Fists
- Close Combat
- Knock Off
- Volt Switch

Zeraora is suposed to be a wallbreaker/ late game sweeper, it has volt switch for momentum, rest of his moves for coverage, and expert belt cause I don't want to die from life orb

Dragapult @ Expert Belt
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- U-turn
- Shadow Ball
- Draco Meteor
- Fire Blast

Dragapult is suposed to do the same as zeraora, but on the special side, draco meteor for max damage, shadow ball for stab, fire blast for dealing with some annoying, steel and grass types

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Soft-Boiled
- Thunder Wave
- Stealth Rock
- Moonblast

Clef is here to set rocks, to damage mons on entry, so zera, pult and scizor can take them down more easily, soft boiled for longevity, and t wave to criple enemy pokemon.

I tried to building this team by this formula.

Scizor being the center of the team.
Mandi and buzz beign to walls that covers each others weakness and consequently scizor's and zeraora's.
Zeraora as speed control.
Pult as a wallbreaker.
Clefable as a support.

I want not to just Improve my team, but as well learn a consistent way to build good teams, like a overall formula. My biggest problems with this team are:
I rarely manage to get any of the offensive mons out safely.
Have a hard time dealing with my oponnents deffensive core.
My walls don't seem to be accomplishing what they should.
