Hey guys we all know smogon thinks Zoroark is not OU. This discussion is mainly so we can find ways that will beneifit Zoroark so it can show its true potential in OU.

Trait: Illusion
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spe
Calm Nature
- Flamethrower
- Focus Blast
- Night Daze
- Extrasensory

this moveset showcases Zoroarks
true power in special attack, Whith choice scarf even
the fastest pokemon in OU (Jolteon without boosts)
wont be able to catch up to it

Also, I believe there is already a Zoroark discussion thread.

As a user of Zoroark in UU and the premier user of Zoroark in OU, I can say that set is terrible. Scarf isn't a bad item, but why are you investing in its Special Defense? It's worthless to do so. It still falls to just about any hit.

How to spot Zoroark:
since you never know when
Zoroark is lingering you must
pay super careful attention to a
pokemons moves.Its main moves are:
Night Daze, Focus Blast, U-Turn

Heracross,Lucario,Emboar

Zoroark is currently ranked UU thats why i had to post it here

YOU SHOW ME A BETTER ALL OUT ATTACKER MOVESET
 
Better sets:

Zoroark @ Choice Specs
Trait: Illusion
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Dark Pulse
- Focus Blast
- Flamethrower
- Trick

Zoroark @ Life Orb
Trait: Illusion
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Dark Pulse
- Focus Blast
- Flamethrower

Zoroark @ Life Orb
Trait: Illusion
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Dark Pulse
- Focus Blast
- Flamethrower

All of these work. As I said, there is no point in serious bulk investment for Zoroark.
 
If you're investing in Zoroark's bulk, you're seriously doing something wrong. Also, the mixed set with Sucker Punch should run 32 Atk / 224 SpA / 252 Spe or 252 SpA / 224 Spe. I just say running max speed is better to speed tie with other max speed Zoroark. 32 Atk ensures an OHKO on Latios after SR. Dark Pulse is also far better then Night Daze. The higher power doesn't get any notable K.O.s I believe, while the lower accuracy is bad and Zoroark is instantly revealed.
A Scarf set isn't a bad idea, with HP Ice being good for taking out Salamence and Dragonite along with U-Turn to ease prediction.
