ZU Olympiad Announcements and Administrative Decisions

This thread will contain information regarding the tournament and auction format, managers and their teams, rosters, and schedule. Decisions and announcements will also be communicated here. The third iteration of ZU Olympiad will be hosted by AC7 and FlamPoke.

Important Rules:

Managers can have one Assistant Manager each.
Both the Manager and the Assistant Manager are allowed to self-buy (15k each).
There will be no retains.
Each team will have a minimum of thirteen players (ten starters and three subs) and a 130k budget.
Players may not be traded at any point.
Playoffs will be the top-three seeded teams by overall record and points, with the top seed getting a bye.

Venomous Vigilantes have elected to self buy BaitWiz and OranBerryBlissey10, meaning their total budget is 130k - 30k = 100k
Moonshine Musharnas have elected to self buy diegoyuhhi, meaning their total budget is 130k - 15k = 115k
Pay Day Persians have elected to self buy 5gen and estra, meaning their total budget is 130k - 30k = 100k

Re: Auction Date & Draft Order

The auction will take place on Saturday, January 18th, at 1:30pm -6. Player signups will close roughly 24 hours before the auction.

The draft order has been rolled and will be as follows:
Ivy Gang, Pretentious Probopass, Simi Spectacles, Venomous Vigilantes, Moonshine Musharnas, Pay Day Persians

Re: LustfulLice vs Alice Kazumi / SANKE CARP

The game between LustfulLice and Alice Kazumi resulted in a tie after both players agreed to it and had a Global Administrator step in to enforce it. Following this, LustfulLice wanted to continue on and play the new game immediately, while Alice Kazumi wanted to reschedule. LustfulLice was entitled to play immediately and, because Alice Kazumi did not, LustfulLice tagged the opposing team to begin the timer for the activity process. The Pretentious Probopass substituted SANKE CARP in and the game was played as normal, resulting in a win for LustfulLice. In the event of future ties, the next game shall be considered effective immediately unless both parties agree to reschedule; if one party does not, the team must provide a substitute or accept the activity loss as is the usual case.
