Regirock @ Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Tera Type: Poison
Careful Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Rock Blast
- Body Press
- Iron Defense / Thunder Wave

Regirock is one of the sturdiest walls around in ZU! Thanks to Regirock's colossal Defense stat, it can afford to invest entirely into special bulk while still being able to check some of the premier physical attackers of the tier, such as Sneasel and Grafaiai. Rock Blast deals great damage to the myriad of Rock-weak Pokemon such as Charizard and the Oricorio formes. The combination of IronPress and Tera Poison allows Regirock to become one of the most fearsome sweepers in the tier, as Tera Poison makes dealing with foes such as Passimian, Floatzel, and Brute Bonnet much easier. Thunder Wave can be used in order to slow down faster threats, such as Mismagius and Typhlosion. Lurantis is a great partner for Regirock, as not only can it provide entry hazard support via Defog, but it can deal with Pokemon that Regirock cannot beat without using Terastallization, such as Floatzel and Rotom-C, while Regirock can deal with Ice- and Fire-types like Sneasel and Charizard in return.

Rock Blast deals great damage to the myriad of Rock-weak Pokemon such as Charizard (insert space) and Oricorio-S -formes, as well as breaking the Substitute of foes that may aim to set up on Regirock, such as Rotom. Body Press, in tandem with Iron Defense, allows for Regirock to become an even scarier physical wall, as well as allowing it to deal with foes such as Snorlax and Glastrier. However, Thunder Wave can be used in order to slow down faster threats, such as Mismagius and Typhlosion. Tera Poison turns Regirock's Grass- and Fighting-type weaknesses into resistances, notably granting it an easier time dealing with Rotom-C, Passimian, (AC) and Brute Bonnet. Toedscruel is a great partner for Regirock, as not only can it provide entry hazard support via Rapid Spin, but it can deal with Ground-types that would otherwise threaten Regirock, while Regirock can deal with the Ice-types in return. Toedscruel is a very low-ranked mon that isn't seen much, would rather you talk about hazard removal in the form of Lurantis here (helps check Floatzel and Rotom-C) and highlight how IronPress Regirock is one of the most devastating setup sweepers in the tier, using Tera Poison to basically beat every physical attacker like Passimian, Floatzel, etc.

Heyo, a few things to implement to make this more meta relevant; please let me know so I can review again before moving to GP.

Sorry for the wait, should be good to go!
