Pros & Cons of Zygarde 10%!

Pros:

  1. Amazing Speed-Stat with 115 puts it over the Edge of most Pokemon in the tier
  2. Thousand Arrows is a really good move, which is able to hit any Pokemon, even Flying-types and Pokemon with Levitate as ability

Cons:
  1. Low Bulk; has in general a tougher time to set-up and is more frail, which means its KOed rather easily by even resistet hits
  2. A lot of foes in Fairy-Types (Tapu Bulu, Tapu Fini), bulky Ground-Types (Landorus-Therian, Hippowdon) and bulky Grass-Types (Tangrowth, Rillaboom)

General Explanation: Zygarde 10 has an amazing Speed with 115 outpacing most Pokemon in the Ou-Tier. Its best tool in Thousand Arrows is great, since it is able to hit non-grounded Pokemon with this STAB-attack, furthermore it can fit well on Hyper Offensive Playstyles like Dual-Screens and Aurora Veil Teams.
However, its low bulk leaves it vulnerable to even resistet hits and it has therefore a tough time setting up a Dragon Dance. Its foes in bulky Fairies, bulky Grounds and bulky Grasses leave this Pokemon in a terrible spot in the metagame.

Potential Set(s):

Dragon Dance-Sweeper

Zygarde-10% @ Life Orb
Ability: Aura Break
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant / Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Extreme Speed
- Thousand Arrows
- Outrage

Explanation: This Set can work well under Dual-Screens / Aurora Veil support, making up for Zygarde 10%s low bulk and fraility. It will use Thousand Arrows as its Ground-STAB of choice, the second slot will be reserved for Extreme Speed as it makes it able to also pick up some weakened Pokemon and due to the high priority of Extreme Speed it is able to act as a revengekiller as well. The last slot is reserved for Outrage as its Dragon-Type move as this is the strongest physical Dragon-Type move it gets and it needs all the power it can get.

Choice Band
Zygarde @ Choice Band
Ability: Aura Break
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant / Jolly Nature
- Thousand Arrows
- Extreme Speed
- Iron Tail
- Outrage / Toxic / Earthquake

Explanation: Thousand Arrows-spam will always be good with a Choice Band, as it can fire off a hard hitting Thousand Arrows, which means, not many Pokemon can come into that said move. Extreme Speed picks off a lot of foes and can revengekill Fyling-Type Pokemon, as they aren't protected by a possible Psychic Terrain given by Tapu Lele. Iron Tail can hit Fairies pretty hard like Tapu Bulu.
The last oveslot can be reserved for its strongest Dragon-type move in Outrage, or it can dish out a Toxic to whittle down fatter Pokemon like Hippowdown and punish their switch-in, same mention goes for Tangrowth, which otherwise can be annoying to deal with. Earthquake can be a secondary option as a Ground-STAB.
