BSS Regulation G allows teams to use one powerful restricted legendary Pokemon. This team employs Koraidon for its incredible damage output and team support utility. Ursaluna-B pairs incredibly well with Koraidon, and together the two form a fierce offensive duo. The few things that are able to semi-reliably switch into Koraidon are easily threatened by Ursaluna-B, and most of Ursaluna-B’s checks are terrified of Koraidon. Dragonite provides powerful priority in Extreme Speed as well as team support via Encore’s disruptive abilities. Chien-Pao takes on a dual role as both a great check to Calyrex-S and an all-round offensive powerhouse easily capable of handling the tiers many Dragon-type threats. The team is rounded out with two more offensive powerhouses that benefit greatly from Koraidon’s sun support, being Flutter Mane and Ogerpon-H. Flutter Mane is able to utilize the sun set by Koraidon to activate its Protosynthesis without using its item slot on Booster Energy. This team utilizes Expert Belt to bluff Choice Specs while maintaining the ability to switch moves, potentially grabbing a surprise KO on something like an opposing Ho-Oh expecting Flutter Mane to be locked into Moonblast. Lastly, Ogerpon-H can utilize Koraidon’s sun to boost Ivy Cudgel’s Base Power into the stratosphere, accentuating the breakneck pace that this team operates at.
