This team is centered around Hisuian Arcanine! While it struggles with the omnipresent Garchomp, Hisuian Arcanine puts the hurt on just about everything else and is a great way for this team to revenge kill threats like Greninja and Iron Moth. It's supported by Calm Mind + Thunderbolt Latios, which can appropriately decimate Toxapex-reliant teams that can give Arcanine trouble. Garchomp provides entry hazard support and Excadrill provides hazard removal, with the two also being strong against Electric-types that can threaten the team's last two members. Tornadus-T is a great blanket check to special attackers, removing opposing Heavy-Duty Boots to make Garchomp's hazards even more threatening, and Slowking rounds out the defensive core as a check to Excadrill, Latios, and Iron Crown.
