A forum is its link or its bare id.
A forum alone means that forum only. Add inherit to cover its subforums too, and except with a comma-separated list of forums to leave those subtrees out.
[post thread button] repeats, one per button. All three keys are required, and url: starts with https://.
[prefix color] repeats, one per color. name: is letters and digits, like BDSP, and goes once.
Colors are like #9016F3 or #fc0. Without border:, the border is the bg-color:.
Each prefix color is a choice under Display styling when you edit a prefix.
[caught up], [no op hotlinking] and [copyedit] appear once each, one forum per line. Leave one out to turn it off everywhere.
A forum goes once per section.
