as long as the 9 pokemon are the same, you can use a different set in other battles? Like CB Scizor for one and SD Scizor in another?

yes, you can change each set each match.

Reiterating my question, since it went unnoticed: Can we use different formes of a Pokemon in the same round. Example, can I use Rotom-H in match 1, but switch it to a Rotom-W for round 2?

I answered this in the Sign-up thread and no, you cannot change the formes.

If you need one more sub, you can add me if you want.
