Rotom [Pulse] (N/A)
Nature: Modest (+Sp.Atk -Atk)
Type:
Ice/Electric: Ice STAB; immune to freezing and Sheer Cold, no vision loss or damage in Hail or snowstorm conditions, perfectly accurate and 30% Protect breaking Blizzard in Hail. Superior senses and mobility in frozen caves and other frigid arenas. Electric STAB; 50% reduction in paralysis chance from other electrical attacks, perfect accuracy and 30% chance of Protect breaking Thunder during Rain. Superior senses in power plant environments.

Abilities:
Levitate (Innate): This Pokemon naturally floats above the earth when released or easily takes flight, evading Ground moves like Bulldoze, Dig, Earthquake, and Magnitude. Other Ground moves can still hit.

Voodoom:
Nature: Hasty (Multiples Base Speed by 1.15 and provides a flat accuracy boost on all attacks equal to its new Base Speed squared, then divided based on its evolution stage. The Divisor is 1000 for fully evolved Pokemon, 700 for Pokemon that are the second of three stages, 500 for Pokemon that are the first of two stages, and 350 for Pokemon that are the first of three stages. This accuracy boost is added to their Dodge Command chance. Subtracts one (1) Rank from Defense.)

Type: Fighting / Dark
Fighting: Fighting STAB; ignore weight restrictions of throwing/grappling moves. Superior reaction time in close quarters.
Dark: Dark STAB; Immunity to all telepathic and telekinetic attacks, better performance in all darkened and especially twilight conditions. Can use any Dark-type attack regardless of Attraction.

Abilities:
Volt Absorb: (Innate) This Pokemon absorbs all electrical attacks and instead of taking damage, recover HP. Thunder Wave has no effect on the Pokemon.
Lightning Rod: (Innate) These Pokemon naturally attract electricity to themselves and away from partners in double battles. When struck with an Electric attack, they tranfer the energy into their body, using it to increase their Special Attack by one (1) stage. This boost is maintained at the end of each round.
Motor Drive (DW - LOCKED): (Innate) This Pokemon nullifies any electrical attack damage and converts the energy from any electrical attack (inc. Thunder Wave) into an energy source that allows it to boost its speed by one (1) level. This boost is maintained at the end of each round.

Psychic-type attacks are not godlike and cannot be used as a catchall for Disabling, Binding, and redirecting opposing attacks.
Steel STAB; Immune to Sandstorm, highly insusceptible to toxic attacks, but can be corroded specifically by Acid and Acid Bomb, can be magnetized.

Heatproof: (Innate) This Pokemon's mirror-like alloyed skin protects it from Fire-type attacks, reducing the type effectiveness of Fire-typed attacks to the next level of resistance (2x weak becomes neutral, neutral becomes resistance, etc.) The damage inflicted by burns is also cut in half.
Heavy Metal: (Innate) The Pokemon's body structure is immensely dense, doubling its weight. When it uses a full-body attack or a weight-based attack it will do more damage, and it will be much harder to lift, throw, or knock back.

Single man WLTM victim challenger. I enjoy candlelit dinners, long walks in the park and drinking the blood of virgins.

The scrap heap looms against the blood-smeared sky, its jagged silhouette betraying its haphazard composition. It is dark, imposing, armoured in discarded, twisted metal and shards of shattered plastic. It is made all the more intimidating by the tiniest details; an eviscerated, threadbare panda with one eye sagging under the weight of a broken washing machine, a faded sofa torn in half and impaled on the spike of a bent fence-post.

Something shifts in the depths, a stressed spoke finally giving out under the immense, constant weight, and there is a crash as the heap shifts, sending a shower of refuse cascading down from its perch atop a precarious peak. In the half-light the beast begins to glow, light flickering from smouldering flames buried deep beneath the rubbish as they belch clouds of noxious smoke. The clanging rustle of collapsing metal dissolves into a discordant, hacking cackle, a humourless acknowledgement of the heap's bitter irony; a monument to consumerism, consuming itself from within.

This is no place to fight. What creature could be sure of its footing with sharp metal beneath every step, and the constant threat of collapse? What could breathe, let alone do battle, amidst the poison in the air? And yet there is no escape. The fence enclosing the yard hums with electricity. There is no choice but to fight or to die.

Yoink. I'm battling, now all we need is a ref~

Pulse, let's test this guy.

Begin with a Will-O-Wisp, then Hex, followwed by a Shadow Ball

IF Double Team, then use Discharge to destroy all the clones and push actions down 1.

Ice-eyes

Simper Fi
Hey! Is that an oven over there on the pile? Rotom, go possess it! Then follow up with a Light Screen, and then a Will-O-Wisp of your own!

Heat Forme ---> Light Screen ---> Will-O-Wisp

Start out with an Overheat, then follow that up with Confuse Ray! Then, finish things out with a Thunderbolt.

If he uses a status move and you win the speed tie, Substitute for 15 HP and push back actions (except Overheat).
If he uses Protect, chill. (Push back Confuse Ray if necessary, but not Overheat).

Pain Split ~ Chill ~ Mud Slap

IF it substitutes Action 1, then Mud Slap

E: I should've takes 23 damage (Lou, your calc is WAY off), so subtract 9 HP from my current total please! My actions are still the same btw.

Ice-eyes

Simper Fi
Lou, Overheat is super effective. You might want to recheck that calc.

Substitute (20), Light Screen, Chill.

That calc was from... a different match's Overheat. My reffing materials are a mess right now.

That said, Appliance (Exit) and Appliance (Enter) are separate commands that both take up an action.

Speed ties are invalid substitution triggers—luckily, it has no bearing on the current round. Bear in mind, though, that by the time you know the result of a speed tie it's too late to not proceed with your action. You've already started your attack, see, they just complete faster than you do.

Turn 2(Speed Tie: tails, Pulse)
Pulse used Shadow Ball! -6 En

DO SOMETHING!

Shadow Ball ~ Ominous Wind ~ Chill

IF it uses Overheat action 1, THEN Protect AND push actions down
