Mysterious Cove - Meditative Pause

After the Metang & the Eelektrik were defeated, a hidden corridor opens in the back. You travel through & enter a new area. The cove appears to have a covered section undetectable by air, but you can still see sunlight coming in from the sides. This whole area is still, and it looks serene.

"Impressive work." The voice tells you, though more menacingly. "Let us see how you fare against the element of surprise."

Without warning, an Abra grasps Hermit both of them vanish. The serene atmosphere returns to that of the damp cave you had just been in. As you work out the illusion, you cannot help but wonder what befell your sole remaining Pokémon. You estimate it will take two rounds to find it.

A voice speaks to you & says "it looks like one of your Pokémon fell into a trap. It will have to work hard to fend it off, the Pokémon that lay in wait are perhaps the most devious of all. Remain calm & you should be able to keep your wits about you."
