I received a Justified Female Absol in a Dream Ball from a trade, long before powersave could alter pokeballs, so I was wondering if this was legal? Since I thought Dream Ball was only Gen 5, while Absol only got its HA in Gen 6.

so the scraggy will have to be caught in bw2 in dream park by lux ball with those moves drain punch, fake out.. with 5 iv's
and then given the moves ice punch, knock off via bw2 move tutors
then xfered to gen 6?

Yes, it could have been RNG'd in 5th gen. Though ID/OT is needed to be sure about its legitimacy.

Yes, that's how it would be possible (I just have Fire Punch because Knock Off still sucked when I RNGed this).
