I am debating about keeping this. On the one hand, the defense is bothering me. I really did want 28+ in defense and I already am putting time into this pokemon.
On the other hand, I have a 0 IV which makes swagger shenanigans less effective.

What do people think? Part of me says toss cuz #flawlessorbust

IIf it's an rnged ditto it should be all 0s/30s/31s so,check the ivs. Whatever the judge doesn't mention should be 30
..if its not rnged it probably doesn't matter what hp it is because the stats are just random.....

Depends if you're doing trick room, you dont need speed, clefable needs its defenses. If anything, you don't need attack, unless as I said before for a trick room team then 0 speed.

I'm sorry if this isn't the place for this question but when I go to the GTS on Alpha Sapphire there are people offering Celebis or Keldeos for other things (implying that they were able to deposit one). When I try to deposit a celebi it doesn't let me. Why can they deposit celebis while I can't?

No. Unless you were going for HP Ground, it doesn't require ANY stats at all to use any moves but a Hidden Power of a specific type.
