all right well I will try to see if I can fill up 10 teams with smogoners, last year I just got them to join my double positions league, but I feel like no one is taking auction seriously enough...soooo much better than snake

Did you ever decide whether you are doing an auction league as an "official" thing? If not I can always run a cookie cutter auction league. I play a bunch of auction leagues and always do at least one totally normal one per year.
