idk why they research it lol, but I guess it'd be just to figure out more about how shit works. it does have some use in exploring new ways to cure diseases and stuff, but I think engineering is actually using that research to create new techniques and technologies so that's what I want to do. NOT PAID BSHAX but since I'm still in high school it wasn't that bad.
the internship was really cool actually, definitely a fun experience since I got to do real experiments and research for the first time. kind of turned me off from doing bench work like that for my career though, since they spend like years researching to put out a paper concerning one organelle that doesn't have really tangible implications, so I decided I'd go for engineering instead. do you want to be the next dr. atkins or something? lol that's what I think of when I hear nutrition at least, or is it something completely different?
man I miss the good old days when laddering was fun, nowadays it's just kinda boring, but I've been playing a bit of RU and UU because those are somewhat new and there's some cool sets to be tried out.
stress is just from the sheer number of dumbshit essays to write and how they actually have to be worth a damn, compounded with regular schoolwork. I wanna go into biomed engineering actually, and my internship this summer was at a cell bio lab so that was cool. how's majoring in bio? interesting, worthwhile?
sneak is a team tournament that just started, dpp + bw ou, yeah I had a period where I joined LOTS of tourneys but then I realized they're not even fun a lot of the time so now I'm just gonna play in team tourneys xD
