    I wouldn't know what to tell you. I train and breed manually every one of my pokémon and there is no way they can be hacked. There must be something wrong because two of my pokés outsped it, not just one.

    Then I'm not sure what happened there. Are you sure its EVs are correct? Most of my stuff has max speed, so maybe you didn't add enough EVs? I was wondering why you wouldn't run scarf on it.

    Please check its item to be sure with certainty that it doesn't have the wrong item.
