I recommend removing Hitmontop for Forretress. Not only is Forretress benefitted by Rain, but it also lays Spikes and Toxic Spikes to benefit your team. It still has access to Rapid Spin which is nice. You could consider Dugtrio over Scizor to have a better counter to Tyranitar and Ninetails...

I highly agree with what BTzz says. Magnezone takes out steel types which is good but do you really need Magnezone? Swampert can stop most steel types bar Nattorei and Infernape is a threat to all of them with STAB Super-Effective Fire/Fighting Moves. So Jirachi would be a better choice. Next...
