    Yeah, just leave those for other people (unless you're reeeeeeeeeeeally bored). I usually only trade redis for redis, but for people who don't know how to RNG, or don't have a thread it's a way for them to get my pokes too.

    yeah, I've actually got an HP fire Latias coming from Monk here on smogon too. But I'm not comfortable with pokes with a 30 in spd. :?

This is all about helping each other out with preparing for next year's VGCs. They may be your fellow competitors, but they're also your friends. :)
