I say Dialga..... he fits your needs better.... and shares the steel typing (like zong) in case you fight wheather teams or get exploded on.... although Giratina does too.... if you want a TR Gira, you have to give up attack power, whereas Dialga gets both attack AND low speed with pretty good defenses to boot....

yeah... I just wish I had put an Item on Ape.... oh.... and a Light Clay.... and for a team slapped together just a few minutes ago... not half bad.... but for you.... I would recommend a Dialga.... maybe instead of Zong.... if he's quiet with no IVs or EVs in speed he can be pretty slow and take and dish out beatings.... also.... if you are gonna run a TR team.... I don't think Electrode is very good.... because when TR is up he is SUPER slow, and frail as hell.... I forgot the other poke you had (not parasect....)
