I believe that I have understood something. When u used "relai", you transmitted the effects of the special abillty of your pokemon on Marowak.
my marowak isnt scarfed. marowak with timid nature + 252 speed ev = 207. adding the 3 speed boosts from ninjask which is 207 * 3 = 621
I explain me, if your marowak is maxed speed and scarf, this speed should be : 310 around ( 207 x 1.5 ), however my gangar had 350 on speed without item and maxed, he has 465 on speed ( 350 x 1.5, because choice scarfer ).
