Cool team so far, but I'd suggest using Surf over Earthquake on Latios. Surf uses Latios' SpAtk very well and can still check Heatran. Anyway, why 30 IVs on SpAtk and Spe for Magnezone? You need as many as you can get.

Your team looks very solid now, but I would suggest using U-turn over Protect on Jirachi. Jirachi can take a lot of hits anyway, and U-turn helps with momentum. If you don't want to use U-turn, Fire Punch is also a good choice.

I love the team, but the one suggestion I would make is to change Earthquake on Altaria into Dragon Pulse. That way, you can hit Fire types with STAB, and while it might not give you a super effective hit, it will use your special attack well.
