  • oh dnite how could I have ever gotten tired of you?!?!
    man. Team DNite dedication time.
    Oh f*cking sh*t.
I literally threw together a Drizzle team with Dnite in it (DD, Outrage, EQ, ES)
This Guy. Has won #1 in my heart holy moly.
He gained 3-6 Boosts easily against like 5 different teams. (PS: Encore + Perish Song Politoed is the best)
Outrage EQ and ES literally OHKO'd everything.
    You gotta use Dnite man.
Although Lanturn sounds good on paper, Lanturn is really out classed in this meta game, and finds it hard to shine. Rotom-W has a more useful ability because it allows him to bypass Spikes as well as the ever so common Ground type move EQ or Earth Power, and on top of that he has better stat distribution and is much faster. Sure his HP is what separates him from Lanturn, however Lanturn is still heavily out classed. Gastrodon and Quagsire weren't bad suggestions at all, Gastrodon being a pretty decent Pokemon in BW2 due to the over prevalence of Rain. Many would disagree in saying that it's still good, but unlike Infernape it's got an amazing ability, access to Recover, and a great typing. It's also got huge HP giving making it a great wall, and since it gets lots of opportunities to switch into Water moves, it finds itself at +1 a lot, making it an offensive threat. Problem is, it's extremely slow. My team was already on the slow side, so putting Gastrodon on my team would only make my team weaker to faster attackers.

Overall, your suggestions were fine, but my team was already hard enough to change around so don't feel bad.
Yeah I really like Remedys rate! Although replacing Skarmory is awfully hard because now Dragon types are more of a threat to my team and I lose Spikes, I've learned from battling that Reuniclus is so powerful that the only things it needs are Stealth Rock support and have common counters and checks such as Jirachi, Blissey, and Scizor off the field. At full health, Reuniclus is pretty much going to survive at least 1-2 non supereffective hits, allowing it to set up Trick Room more than once if need be, which makes up for the lack of Spikes support. I think the lack of Skarmory will open up more doors to the team, and allow me to use Rotom-W (who as I've said in other RMTs, I can't get away from) Rotom pretty much solves all of my teams Ground type problems, and also solves my Gyarados problem too, as well as softening up my Thundurus-T and Jolteon weakness. Also, I agree that Scarf Landy-T was mediocre, and the Bulky Pivot set is much more useful and powerful. Scarf Heatran is also really rare in today's meta game, and it's quite effective.

Overall, Remedy pretty much just solved all my problems in one rate. Good for him!
    hahahaha nah I'm good
hey do have a wii? If so do you know how to speed up wifi for brawl?
    He is a godly sweeper.
Which is why I love him :]
Funny how we have such similar battle styles. I too must have some defensive core. I feel insecure if my team lacks a defensive spine, although recently I've been able to play with teams that are a little less of that nature...
When I get my 3DS, mind helpin' me out with things such as importing Pokemon from Computer (PokeGen)?
Or if you know how to use Desmume for Gen V, that'd be just as sexy
I prefer any form of Offense be it Hyper, Standard or Bulky.
The best defense is a good offense.
I will use balanced though sometimes.
    Stall can go fuck itself.

ANNNNNNNDDDDDDDDDD.....I'm actually just going to start cycling through my favorites like whenever I feel like it. See the reason Dragonite hasn't been my permanent favorite is because I actually got tired of him. Not even lying, this guy was sweeping way too much to the point where it was gettin' dull....so i dropped him and tried looking for others. But I've always found myself staring at this monster everyday, just loving its design and power :D
I've tried the SubDD set. It uhhh...is actually a bit difficult to handle but at the same time...it can be hard to get the ball rolling if you get my drift.
But I mean its definitely threatening in theory and practice, only if the chance arises though. Going to be honest, Dragonite has a better chance of sweeping with offensive sets most of the time, due to the sheer environment of OU. Who knows, when Gen VI comes around, Bulky Offense might roll back and SubDD will dominate once again ;]
His Dragon Dance was always a favorite of mine :]
Adamant with Lum carrying DD, Outrage, Fire Punch and ExtremeSpeed
But I also loved his Choice Banded set which really shut down entire teams.
Dragonite is really a top favorite of mine :]
well I actually haven't really used Salamence in the past.
I've used and liked Lucario, Dragonite and Reuniclus in the past though.
They really pulled me so many sweeps and were such monsters...
I hold them in my top 6 :)
So far Lucario, Dragonite, Reuniclus....Salamence might be next (?) hahaha
Everyone always ends up telling me my team's overall weakness, and then proceeds to say, "I love your team, and it synergizes well, so I don't know who to replace such and such with such and such." Dr. Ciel told me HO Rain was bad, and since Thundurus-T/Jolteon AND Gyarados are on those kind of teams...yeesh. Somebody recommended a Scarf Rotom-H over Landorus, but then Jirachi is more of a bitch in the rain. It's just...so frustrating. Scarf Rotom-W sounds tempting, but again, Special walls will rein superior over my team.
Yeah me too. I keep getting Luvdiscs but no rates! I like Luvdiscs and all, but rates are always nice. Guess that means people think my team is fine.
Nothing happened to it, I just haven't had time to make the RMT yet.
Kyurem-B is in A-Rank for two sole reasons: Bulk and Outrage. The fact that he can survive a CB Bullet Punch from a Scizor without any investment after Stealth Rocks is beyond impressive. With max Defense and HP, he only takes 50% from it. The point is, without any investment, he can still take hits for days, and deal back some serious pain. Outrage OHKOs pretty much everything in the game, and 2HKOs most Steel types as well. Teravolt lets him get past pesky walls such as Rotom-W and Bronzong who threaten to cripple or wall him. On top of that, he's probably the greatest Mixed Attacker in the game, since he has an astounding 170 Atk and above average 120 SpA. I think it's quite obvious why Kyurem-B is A-Tier.

No I have not talked to PK personally because I feel like he'd just ignore it since he's already said enough, but now it seems he's just trying to drop the discussion and move on, so I think it would be a good idea to lay this to rest for a while. Still, a few posts I just saw pretty much called Hydreigon straight up bad, but I'm trying to control myself and move on.
Haha stop continuing the Hydreigon discussion, it's making me want to join back in! Besides, it's pretty much futile at this point since PK told me to pretty much talk to the hand.
    I know man haha
can't decide between sexy haibara or cool axel ya feel XD
    i understand man.
I actually haven't it was just kind of a random idea i threw out haha
well ill hit you or gary up for some hydreigon team building advice when I need it ;]
