He isn't on right now, but if you check Dark Ray's trade thread, he has an electivire with static and a gyarados with swift swim. Neither of those pokemon get these abilities.

I have only transferred those two mentioned, a Magic Guard Clefable, Modest Starmie, and this Chansey with Seismic Toss and Counter (3rd gen).
I got the DW barboach, but it's adamant. If you have a lonely pokemon in its egg group, that will work
My old friend Johnxkid gave me his near flawless Metagross with Ice and Thunder Punch tutored on it. But actually that one is from 3rd Gen if I remember correctly. Also I won some guy's flawless Salamence with Outrage in a giveaway. But those are not fully-redis, but that is the best I can get you without the whole Entralink thing you were talking about >.<
Yeah, I do not really have anything from those games. The only interesting Pokemon from Colo were Drill Peck Skarm in any pokeball and Ho-oh I guess (unless you had that special disc thing with Jirachi/Celebi). And I do not own XD. Cannot be much help >.<
