Yeah, there is one. I don't think Platinum has the problem, but definitely Pearl does. It only glitches when trading with HG or SS.
I think we're having the Pearl HG glitch.

I have Pikatimer, but for some reason the ticks aren't sounding. I'll probably try that seed if I mess up the one I have now. I just hit my seed and closed it because it was on Buena's Password. Thanks for the help!
I just saw this in the RNG help thread:
"If Entei is still roaming and the other 2 have been KOd, then Raikou will (probably) respawn on frame 2 and Lati@s on frame 7. The extra offset on the last example is due to the fact that having Entei on the map will cause the frame to automatically advance by (at least) 1 when the game starts."
Does this mean that Latias will respawn on frame 2? 909 - 2-2 = 905
I like the seed you sent me, but unfortunately, I am not comfortable doing delays that high. I already adjusted the year to be 2000 so that way the delay will be 493 which I can consistently hit. -
