Eh, not so good. Got knocked out round three due to a overlooked fakeout. But im pretty sure i was done for good at that point though, my opponents team just countered mine pretty much.

Great. Basically, what you have to do now, is to pick a higherish frame seed (around Frame 8 + or - is usually good), try to hit it, then IMMEDIATELY cancel your journal, and IMMEDIATELY accept the egg, and see what frame it is on.
I'd normally do so, but I've got bronchitis and I gotta get some sleep to try to go to work tomorrow (though I'm probably not x_x)
Oh that's not terrible, that just means that either you have to pick a higher frame, or just hope you get lucky with a crazy low one (it happens really).

What you have to do for that can be found HERE. Are you doing the nature/shinyness or IVs now? You have to do 1 and then the other.
OH AND ALSO. Just so you know, my Worlds 09 Weavile has failed 2 hack checks for some unknown reason. I don't remember if you're using it or not but DON'T

About JFlips, well, if your frame is 5 and you have 0 roamers, you'd have to do 2 JFlips to hit it. But if you have roamers it would be different. OH, and are you doing an egg or capture or what?
Oh, no close though. raising your year drops your target DELAY by 1 not your frame (and lowering it raises your target year by 1). Hitting the FRAME is all about either journal flips or phonecalls.
