Helioptile is the only one of those I have seen in the Friend Safari (happens to already be in an Ultra Ball).
I have the worst friend safari luck of anybody (and a lot that only have 2) so I don't see many pokemon past the 3rd generation in them.
I also just hatched a 31/31/31/x/31/31 Jolly Aerodactyl. (and will probably hatch more) if you interested.
