Rotom formes, in my humble opinion, are legendaries, which I don't care much about for. I also have another personal vendetta against them since, again IMHO, they unbalance the game.

I agree with tab about dropping Donphan - preferably with something that can Roar/Whirlwind. Swampert is a good choice but I would run an Ice Beam / Surf / Stealth Rock / Roar moveset so you don't have to split EV's, run a -speed nature, and be able to take out dragon switches.
