Hey Riski. Any chance of you creating a "Noob" guide for Generation V RNG'ng? I can't seem to understand the main thread, no matter how many times I read it. You're way better of a teacher than this other guys. Haha

I'm currently in front of munna right now. I want to try to RNG for it, obviously..Can I defeat it so it can re appear when I have the C-Gear, so I can RNG for good IV's, or am I pretty much forced to catch it right now?

Have we found a way to RNG for starters yet? I was trying to monitor this thread daily, but I lost track because I was in the process of moving..

Yeah, I finally got a job so I've been busy with that for awhile. I slowed down on the RNG stuff for a bit (with the exception of the 3 Beasts and Celebi), but now that I have this game I figured I'd try to do it. This new way of how to RNG sounds really complicated to me. But yeah, I might just...

Hey Riski! Long time no talk. How've you been? Any luck for you on this Generation V RNG stuff? I haven't even begun to play my Black due to me wanting a perfect (and possibly shiny) starter. Could I possibly get your help on this, if possible?

Okay, so I just got my copy of Black tonight. There's nothing I can do at this point to use RNG to get a starter with perfect IV's (or even shininess, for that matter) right?

Crap..this is going to take awhile for me to catch on to. So in other words, I'd pretty much have to get to a point where I could catch Pokemon around level 50 then, kind of like how we had to do for D/P/PT/HG/SS then?

Okay. So wait is it possible at this point to get perfect IV's and shiny starter Pokemon in Black and White yet?

I'm confused about moving a Pokemon to the PC box..would we just be doing this until we land on the frame before our target and then just encounter a wild Pokemon? I want to make sure I have all this stuff down so I'll be able to RNG when I pick up my game when it's released. Thanks.

No it doesn't..I'll update my Java and get back to you on this. Hopefully this'll work. I still need to RNG for my shiny Raikou. Edit:It worked! I just needed to update my Java. Thanks!

It used to run just fine on my computer. I have no clue why it isn't opening up. It's a .jar file though..

Question: for some reason my pikatimer won't run (windows is stating that i need to find a program to run the file)..is there a new, updated version of pikatimer, or something?

The only thing coming up when i hit "generate" is a frame of "5". Obviously I'm not doing something right here. Could someone quickly guide me through the steps again? I'm sure my memory could be refreshed pretty easily.

It's been awhile since I've RNG'd, so I'm a little rusty. Can someone tell me what method to use for perfect wondercard IV's? I just downloaded the mystery gift Raikou and am trying to generate one with HP grass. I don't need to use seed or time finder, correct?
