Yeah I think that Zapdos would be perfect for this team, but the alternative rules that I listed in the original post forbid the use of Legendary Pokemon.

Well the team that is up there is the current one. I meant that I made changes to the original post. My lead has changed from Empoleon to Roserade and my Electivire was replaced by Vaporeon. BTW, still interested if anyone can think of a solid replacement for Heracross.
