Is it possible to RNG hold items on wild pokemon in HGSS? Pretty sold on Rock Slide. What IV spread would you suggest for HP Ice? Also, Abomasnow has the sash because it has trouble taking fighting and fire attacks which appear to be common. Quiet nature and no speed investment makes him pretty slow too.

Thanks for your suggestion. Is there a reason to use both Substitute and Protect or is it just for the option?
