Not really weak to Kingdra, Arceus can handle him with Extremespeed and if it is necessary I go for my Groudon to put the Sun once and after go for Arceus and SD. But, yeah, if unfortunately I lose my Groudon I play with Kingdra to force him Outrage and go for my Arceus. On text yep weak...- RyuW.

Thick Fat reduice fire types. Flex Bander is a good olution on your team on Miltank because Heal bell is useless I think.- RyuW.
