the movie is 90 minutes long, the manga is p long and tbh it's kinda -- adult, if you get what i mean. it's the best adaptation though IMO!

Battle Royale's basically this Japanese book/ manga/ movie where a bunch of students are put on an island and have to kill each other, there can only be one "winner". go check it out sometime, I can send you links if you're interested :)
lol, yeah i just realized how tough it is. i think it just takes practice but my tablet won't work with GIMP for some reason... i've been using a default program but i kinda wanna try GIMP, lol. anyways idk these brushes don't have the kind of feel i envisioned but w/e i can make do. i'll try drawing art for the smog article i'll do :D
and yeah people need to stop saying that my avatar looks like a penis i don't see it :x
cartoons! made it for me haha. actually the reason i wanted to try paint was for that atmospheric feel. i wish i could make dimmer lines though >_> they just look really unnatural but when i see other people's work they look so smooth :x
I did the whole thing from scratch, it's slightly different and the lineart is a bit cleaner. I'm not too bothered about the colour, mainly practicing with the lines.

lol, that, and my computer is really unresponsive so i can only use ppt on my sister's (this one makes it REALLY hard to move points x_x;;)
idk, i'll try out a bunch of styles, though i've been looking at some of icepick's and cartoons!'s work and you can't do that kind of stuff on ppt. i wanna try something with a more paint-like feel though i'll definitely still use ppt for some stuff. hehe you're really good with ppt though. btw i just saw your kanto birds and they're really good :D
oh and yeah moo traces over a picture after drawing it with ppt or some other program i think
