They don't use them all on the same team because they lack synergy, and/or because they simply can't match up to the other Pokémon in OU (Conkledurr, Excadrill, etc.). If you want to see what synergy is, have a look at the RMT Archive. They are all well built, well explained teams. If you need more help, ask someone like Smith or Blue Kirby, and if they're in a good mood, they'll help you with the basics.
