Wait what are you aiming for? Could you give me a screenshot of how you're doing? I just searched for an hp fire spread on google, or you could try experimenting on "psypokes hidden power calculator" you can search that on the web. A flawless ditto should be used at all times, since you don't have to worry about the 31s on the ivs, and you should do your best to knock out all roamers before you attempt to rng on hg ss, makes it easier. Without roamers, frames tend to be from 1 to 3. But with roamers, it sometimes advances to 5, which makes it difficult to hit. good luck! :)

and then did 60 radio tunes carefully

i use pikatimer and when im off by a second or two, i don't register the delay on the timer until i get the desire seconds of say 50 as opposed to getting 49 which happens occasionally to me as well. I think this because, when i put that on the delay, i will almost always get another 49 seconds or sometimes a 51 second one. do you adjust the delay to (-/+ 99)? that helps a lot so you can see how far the delay you got from your desired one.
maybe you want to compensate for the speed by setting at a later time, say if you mostly set the clock to 2:00:00, then try setting it up at 1:30:00 or 1:00:00 that way even if it goes fast, you can hit your delay. do you use AR? if nothing else works, you might want to address this to the people at most gen. prng help thread, since they know the case when rng'ing for Mac. :)
