Invaild Combination of IV and Nature?

When building a team and saving, sometimes a text appears saying that your combination of IV and Nature is invaild, and that you would have to reduce it too be able to play, Why does this appear?

This applies due to RNG mechanics in the game. You might note that only Pokemon that cannot be hatched from an egg get this message. The whole reason behind it is that the RNG cannot actually spit out that Nature and IV combination for a wild Pokemon, as such, they aren't actually legal combinations.
