Lol, that's not your education, that's simply lack of time or claim thereof. Your post blaiming your education sounded like Spanglish to me and I thought it was weird.

In all seriousness, you can EV train in the fourth generation, but don't evolve it until you've given it a Heart Scale in BW so that it learns Shell Break/Crack/Smash/whatever it ends up being called when it comes out in English. Available as an egg or hatched and shiny.
Shiny version Fully redistributable as long as you use a pun when offering it.

I didn't bother giving it perfect attack because I felt lazy (I also wasn't getting regular non-split frames. I kept getting alternate ones) and it doesn't matter anyway since it's got Seismic Toss (it was done for me, I originally didn't intend to trade it, but I ultimately decided to do it). Comes with Wish and Softboiled so you can choose whichever you want to use. Also, the nature is Careful mostly because it's the only one with a usable nature that I got that had Cute Charm turn into Magic guard upon evolution.

Breeding or catching projects. You breed\catch a Pokemon he asks for in exchange for the Pokemon you want.
However, a quick look at your thread shows you don't have anything of your own, just copies of other people's stuff. I have a feeling you don't really know how to RNG for bred\caught Pokemon.
