Promotion month huh. In the recent weeks (I think 2-3?) we have:
- whistle -> plat
- rem -> plat
- Bleuwind -> gold
- Andrew -> silver
- jeb -> gold -> plat (then he threw away the acc =;=)

core: cdr item (i like morello > grail since when are you actually going to duel an ap 1v1, and your ult costs 20 mana), liandry's, rylai's
more damage: void staff, not deathcap
apparently some people (voyboy?) build deathcap lich bane - i think their build sucks.
* monster poke and siege, imo rather weak 1-5 except when his q power spikes against some champs
* high base damage, low cooldown, low scaling abilities so don't build like a standard ap carry
* rockets don't really have a cooldown in between casts but if you waste them all and the teamfight happens you will be rather useless (blowing your whole load is on a ~lux ult cd)
^ this is shitter elo ranked, we started 4-14 and elise said we didn't have a real ap mid but i told her to trust...

oh yeah, btw, dunktimewithjarv is silver.
that dmg chart is an exaggeration cuz it favors poke champs and dots and corki gets so much free dmg from a distance.
That said, however, AP Corki is my favorite unorthodox build in the game. If you have max cdr your ult does the same or even more damage as Fiddle ult over the same duration (say...5seconds, just to give an idea of its power) if you spam it. And from 1225 range not a lot can respond back. Only issue is that without blue buff your rockets will run out quickly early, especially if you're forced to farm with them.
I'd just stuff Deathcap as my final item because it's still the biggest dmg item left for Corki after the magic pen.
Runes: Standard AP stuff except maybe MPen quints over AP Quints. Alternatively, AD Quints can help w/ last hits and lane harass, or GP10 Quints because honestly there really isn't a whole lot of better options.
Start Faerie pots ward or Flask/pot/ward or Doran's Blade.
DCap/Lich Bane combo only for yolo purposes.
