If Rotom uses Double Team, use Snatch and push back.
If Rotom uses Snatch when you would use recover, then use Psychic and push back.

If the combo is illegal and Solosis flinches a1, then use Confuse Ray a2.
If the combo is illegal and Solosis does not flinch a1, then use Confuse Ray a1 and Shadow Ball a2.

The combo should be legal as both rely upon inhibiting foes by using telepathic power (putting up a barrier in the field and putting up a barrier in the foe's mind).
 
I'm going to say no to that combo.
From that NDA:
Imprison- "The user selects three moves that it knows and emits a powerful telepathic block. For six (6) actions or until the user leaves play (whichever comes first), no opponent may use the selected moves. The user of Imprison can use the selected moves normally."
Light Screen- "The user erects a paling that protects it and its teammates from Special damage. Special attacks targeting a Pokemon behind Light Screen have their BAP reduced by 50%, or by 33% if multiple Pokemon are sharing a Light Screen. The effect lasts for six (6) actions after use. This move maintains its effect on a Pokemon's position even after that Pokemon leaves play." (Side note: the hell is a paling?)
Also as far as I'm aware Imprison fails if you use it while it's active.
