Stealth Rock and Draco Meteor on Dialga. Iron Head, Fire Punch and Ice Punch on Jirachi. Draco Metoer on Palkia. Draco Meteor on Latios. If you're planning on using Mewtwo X, teach mewtwo drain punch. I can give more recomadations once I get home.
Thank you :) I caught a Timid Mewtwo, if I run through HG again I'll RNG an X version and teach it drain punch.

Okay, I've got some more:
Latios: Trick (If you're using a choice item)
Ho-Oh: Tailwind (It's somewhat viable, but definitely not necessary)
Mewtwo: Zen Headbutt (If you're using MMX)
Zapdos: Heat Wave
Arceus: Trick (If you're using Choice Band)
Palkia: Outrage or Aqua Tail (If you're using mixed)

I would run a specially defensive spread on your celebi to take advantage of the calm minds you will be passing.

I'm looking for a DWF Abra and Riolu for my Black version. I'm willing to trade any breedable poke in my trade shop -see signature.

Thanks for the recommendations. For Jirachi, I planned on using it as a support pokemon for Doubles (it's Careful natured). I'm not sure what would be good for singles though... Doubles wants support moves, singles wants the punches.

If it's Careful, you shouldn't be using the Punches, you should go for a more support oriented build, even in singles.

I would teach it iron head and icy wind then

I see, thank you. How about this set? It's from the Analysis section here, but it's QC 0/3:

Wishmaker
########
name: Wishmaker
move 1: Wish
move 2: Iron Head
move 3: Thunder Wave/Body Slam
move 4: Protect/U-turn/Stealth Rock
ability: Serene Grace
item: Leftovers
nature: Careful
evs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef

That's the same specially defensive set as last gen. Typically, you should run a few speed EV's to beat stuff like Breloom and Magnezone, but those aren't as common as last gen, so I'm not sure that matters too much.
