Since the turnout was larger than expected, we'll be changing the format a little. From now on, we'll have be 3 slots of XY Ubers and 3 slots of BW Ubers on each team. Instead of 48 previously, there will be a minimum of 60 players in UPL with 48 actively playing each week as opposed to 36 before the change.

Is the budget increased?
