Anyways, that shiny crown on Empoleon's head could act like a Lightningrod. It synergizes well with his high SpAtk as well.

By doing that, and giving the EMPEROR Penguin KING's Shield and Roost... you get the idea, I hope.

That list is completely unofficial. Since no ability affects slashing moves there is no official list of what counts as a slashing move. However, since the aerial ace description says it slashes its target, making it a slashing move makes sense

Why not just use Tough Claws or one of the 2x attack Abilities? It's simpler, more encompassing of more moves... and in the case of the Power ability, plain old stronger.

Or if you want to force all the switches, turn it utilitarian with Soundproof Perish Song.

That's silly. Aerial Ace is literally based of a swordsman's technique (Sasaki Kojiro's Turning Swallow Cut, to be exact) It not getting boosted by Swordsman is dumb.

Why not just use Tough Claws or one of the 2x attack Abilities? It's simpler, more encompassing of more moves... and in the case of the Power ability, plain old stronger.

When you're as frail as Kricketune, you can't really afford the luxury of spending a turn not setting up or attacking. My guess is, it won't be forcing ANY switches.
